NPS has delayed indefinitely its previously proposed increased fees for standardized Road-based Commercial Tours (RBCT) authorized under Commercial Use Authorizations. It has been reported that NPS has informed CUA holders that there will be changes to the CUA program in the future. NPS, however, reportedly suggested that CUA permit fees will likely be lower than previously proposed and the per-person entrance fee for groups will not be implemented. NPS may end up imposing entrance fees on bus groups similar to those charged to individuals in automobiles.
